She is certified in IOSH and as Master Trainer from renowned institutions. Rashmi has received her certification from IECED for Centre Administration Training (CAT), she conducts trainings and audits across the country at KLAY Centres.

Tanvi is a practicing psychologist and trainer with 6+ years of rich experience covering work experience across higher education institutions, schools & NGOs. Tanvi’s areas of expertise include Behaviour Management, Special Education Needs, Counselling Skills, and Life Skills. Tanvi is passionate about empowering people to improve their wellbeing and regularly conducts counseling sessions both online and face-to-face for childhood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, and other mental health concerns.
